Taste and texture are normal in flour form. But the challenge is consumer acceptance.
FSSAI has neither approved nor banned insect based foods yet.
But FSSAI have added a word "Insect" in the definition of Non-Veg Food.
Cricket flour may become a big part of future protein supply.
