This 4-week online theory-based course is designed for food enthusiasts and professionals keen on mastering New Product Development (NPD). Participants will explore various aspects of NPD, including idea generation, market research, formulations and evaluation, product specifications, feasibility studies (technical, financial, and operational), process development, internal testing, and market testing. The course will teach how to design and develop new food products, conduct thorough market research, ensure safety through HACCP, and evaluate microbiological and physicochemical properties. Additionally, it covers the business aspects of NPD, such as costing and finance, providing a comprehensive understanding of both the creative and practical sides of bringing new products to market. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate of completion via email.

• Session Duration: 1 hour each
• Session Days: 2 sessions per week between Monday to Friday
• Session Timings: 9:00 pm - 10:00 pm IST
• Mode: Online (via Google Meet)
