Nestlé launches KitKat tablets in Europe.

To meet the growing demand for shareable chocolate.

Chocolate tablets are Europe's second favorite, valued at CHF 7.5 billion & growing fast.

New KitKat tablets come in three flavors - double chocolate, hazelnut & salted caramel.

The company invested EUR 44.2 million in its Sofia, Bulgaria factory to boost production.

Adding up to 20,000 tons of chocolate for 29 European countries, Canada & South Africa.

"The new KitKat tablets break traditional norms, making tablets more appealing to young shoppers," says Stefano Agostini, Head of Nestlé Confectionery Europe.

"Carefully balanced ingredients create a delightful multisensory experience," says Louise Barrett, Head of Nestlé R&D Confectionery York.

Nestlé sources cocoa from farmers in its income accelerator program to support better livelihoods.

The tablets are now available in the UK & will launch in more countries starting February 2025.
