How it’s prepared: 🤔

The most popular drink on the list is “Cuban Espresso,” a dark roast coffee and sugar-sweetened espresso shot.

As the coffee is brewed, the sugar is added. The favorite filter coffee from South India, Faviuyrite, comes in second.

This is created with an Indian filter coffee machine, which is simple to use and quite effective.

This stainless steel machine features two chambers: an upper chamber with a perforated base contains the ground coffee, while the lower chamber drip-brews the coffee.

In southern India, this is a highly popular way of preparing coffee.

Many set their coffee filters overnight so they may start drinking fresh coffee first thing in the morning.

Add the sugar and heated milk to this mixture. This coffee is served in a small steel or brass cup and with a small saucer known as a “dabara,” which looks like a bowl.

To make froth, it is traditional to move the coffee from one cup to another prior to serving.

A powerful, dense brew with a rich, earthy flavor is produced by this method.
