Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure in-process quality checks during production.

Implement and follow GMP, HACCP, and other food safety protocols.

Maintain records and documentation of quality parameters.

Identify non-conformities and coordinate with production teams for corrective actions.

Assist in internal audits and compliance with regulatory standards.

Ensure hygiene and sanitation standards are maintained on the production floor.

Education:
B.Tech in Food Technology
