Description:

Senior Executive/Assistant Manager oversees and manages production processes in the frozen food facility. This role ensures the efficient operation of IQF and blast freezer systems while upholding high-quality standards, safety protocols, and production targets.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Additional certifications in food safety and processing are advantageous.

Experience:
Over 5 years of practical experience in frozen food production.
A thorough understanding of IQF and blast freezer operations is essential.

Responsibilities:

Production Management

Develop and implement daily production schedules to achieve company objectives.
Supervise the operation of Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) and blast freezer systems to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.

Process Optimization

Evaluate and analyze production workflows to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to minimize downtime and decrease waste.

Quality Control

Verify that all products comply with quality and safety standards under food safety regulations (such as FSSAI and HACCP).
Perform regular quality assessments throughout the production process.

Team Supervision

Oversee and train production personnel to promote skill development and adherence to operational procedures.
Organize shift schedules and optimize resource allocation Equipment Maintenance
Collaborate with the maintenance team to guarantee that the IQF, blast freezer, and other machinery function properly.
Plan regular maintenance to reduce production interruptions.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facility.
Conduct safety drills and training sessions for production staff

Reporting and Documentation

Keep precise production records, including yield data, downtime, and quality concerns.
Compile and present reports to senior management regarding production performance and areas for improvement.

Required Skills:
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Outstanding team management and leadership skills.

Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, FSSAI, and ISO 22000.

Proficient in MS Office and ERP software for managing production.
