Key Responsibilities:

Production planning & execution to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.

Lead project & CAPEX initiatives - installation, commissioning, factory expansion.

Drive process optimization using Lean, Kaizen & 5S principles.

Ensure FSSAI, GMP & organic certification compliance.

Lead and develop production teams for enhanced performance.

Control production costs, material usage & reduce wastage.

Coordination with Engineering for preventive maintenance & machine health.

Reporting on production metrics, downtime & improvements

Desired Candidate Profile :

Qualification: B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Technology /Food Science / related fields.

Experience: 4-5 years in FMCG or Food Manufacturing (Mandatory)

Strong knowledge of plant operations, CAPEX planning & implementation.

Understanding of GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, Lean manufacturing tools.

Excellent leadership, coordination & analytical skills.

Preferred: Experience in dairy, ghee, jaggery, or organic food environments
