Description:

Experience: 2–4 years in R&D and New Product Development (NPD)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in  Food Technology or related field

Key Responsibilities

Develop new  food products from concept to launch.

Generate and evaluate innovative food product ideas.

Conduct quality testing and ensure compliance with food safety standards.

Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, reports, and technical data.

Use computer applications for analysis, reporting, and record keeping.

Coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams for trials and scale-up.

Stay updated with food industry trends, ingredients, and technologies.

🔹 Skills Required

Strong technical knowledge in food quality testing and product development.

Knowledge of food safety and regulatory standards. Good computer & documentation skills.

Innovative thinking with problem-solving ability. Team collaboration & effective communication skills
