Experience: 8+ years of experience in quality management systems and food safety in FMCG industries.

Education: Bachelors/masters degree in food technology, Microbiology, Food Science, or other science related field

Location: Manesar

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update the Food safety and Quality Management System in accordance with the certification requirements.

Development and Execution of Food Safety Management Programmes for the factory and ensuring the food safety risks are mitigated by putting the controls in place via HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control points) evaluation.

Ensuring compliance to Food safety and Quality regulations and standards by ensuring these are kept updated and reviewed as per the External Audits and internal policies for the site.

Ensuring compliance to standards for the external certification such as RSPO, ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000 as per the Group guidelines and HALAL certification for Exports for the site.

Plan and conduct review of the performance of Food safety and Quality systems by conducting Monthly Management reviews with factory leadership in line with certification requirements.

Manage overall Quality Documentation System for the site to support the revision, creation, approval and updation.

Manage overall handling of Non-conformance with respect to incoming goods, process deviations, PRP audits, Internal audits, consumer complaints & track closure of same.

Lead the CAPA for Consumer complaints to ensure effective and timely closure,
Support QA Manager and P&T Lead to keep track of the CAPA submission, closure and effectiveness for Non-Conformances & Food Safety incidents reported during operations
Ensure New products, lines/ machine commissioning undergoes FS & QMS assessment by sharing the requirements with the site Operations team and validating the outputs.

Ensure all changes are managed as per change management and FS risk assessment is conducted.

Ensure Pest control monitoring, risk assessment and Service provider management.

Facilitate creation of site quality training program along with HR & monitor compliance to same.

Preferred candidate profile
FSSC/GFSI/ISO 9001 lead auditor Certification from a nationally / internationally recognized and accredited body.

Knowledge of Indian Regulatory System and Compliances
