Role Summary:
Parul University seeks a qualified Food Safety Officer to oversee food safety measures, conduct inspections, ensure compliance with standards, and train staff on proper food handling across its food courts and mess facilities.
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor food safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections and ensure regulatory compliance.
Train staff on food handling and hygiene.
Prepare reports and address food safety risks.
Requirements:
Degree/diploma in Food Safety, Food Technology, or related field.
Experience in food safety management preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and excellent communication skills.
