Role & responsibilities
Establish and maintain a system of handling consumer complaints through CRM ensuring consumer satisfaction.
Work with the manufacturing sites to formulate actionable corrective and preventive action plans to resolve the Quality issues involving cross functional teams.
Study the Materials consumption variance at the units and formulate policy to reduce the standard wastages that will lead to reduction in the product cost.
Conduct FMEA before the launch of new products in the manufacturing locations to mitigate the product quality risks proactively.
Uplift the hygiene and Food Safety norms of the contract Manufacturing and Own units significantly.
Prepare product specific facility assessment checklist for existing products and new products and carryout assessment of the facility for the compliance before commercialization of product in the manufacturing sites.
QA professional with 15 -20 years of experience in the food industry with a background in B.Tech/M.Tech (Food) or M.Sc. (Food/Biotech/Microbiology/Chemistry).
