Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with NPD, Production, and QA teams to align on product concepts.
Create flavor prototypes and conduct sensory evaluations for taste and aroma.
Maintain a flavor formulation library and ensure regulatory compliance.
Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to research projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.
Strong knowledge of flavor chemistry and sensory evaluation.

Creative mindset with a focus on consumer preferences.
Understanding of food safety and quality control
