Description:

Minus 18 Frozen Foods is expanding, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team at our state-of-the-art facility in Kim, Surat (Gujarat).

1️⃣ QA Executive / QA Officer (Quality Assurance)
Requirements:
* Experience in  frozen vegetables / frozen food processing
* Knowledge of HACCP,BRCGS, GMP, and food safety standards
* Ability to maintain documentation and production quality checks
* Understanding of IQF, blanching, freezing & packaging processes preferred

2️⃣ Production Supervisor
Requirements:
* Experience supervising a  frozen veggies or IQF line
* Knowledge of production workflow, line handling & manpower management
* Ability to ensure efficiency, hygiene & safety on the shop floor

📌 Location: Kim, Surat, Gujarat
📌 Industry: Frozen Vegetables, French Fries, RTE Products
