Position: Quality Assurance Intern/Executive

Experience: Fresher to 1 year (Intern) / Minimum 1–2 years (Executive)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka

Education
Graduate or Postgraduate in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities
Assist in quality checks on live animals and raw meat products.
Monitor compliance with FSSAI and internal SOPs.
Conduct organoleptic and physicochemical testing of raw and processed meat products.
Maintain quality records and documentation in accordance with FSSAI and company standards.
Support in reporting non-conformances and deviations.
Ensure proper hygiene and sanitation protocols across processing and packaging units.
Participate in internal audits and daily inspections.
Identify areas of process improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborate with the QA team on quality improvement initiatives.

Skills Required
Basic knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, and GMP regulations.
Familiarity with quality control procedures in the meat industry is a plus.
Strong analytical and observation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a team and follow strict hygiene protocols.
