Educational Qualifications needed are Master's degree in management/agri-business management/ rural management along with UG preferably in agriculture/ food technology/dairy technology.

Other Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in developing organization growth strategy, implementation of performance improvement initiatives, preparation of business plans and other relevant projects.

- Minimum 7 years in dairy sector.

- Minimum of 10 years' experience is required.
