1.Assistant Manager – Quality Control
Experience: 7 – 9 Years in Food Manufacturing Industry
(Namkeen experience preferred)
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Food
Technology
Scale: Best in Industry
Responsibilities:
Lab testing of RM-PM-SFG-FG as per standard SOP’s to set product specifications
Supervise, Guide, Monitor & Allocate work to quality control inspectors
Internal training of food handlers on quality standards and procedures
Drive food safety agendas in plant and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
2. Assistant Manager – Research & Development
Experience: 7 – 9 Years in Food Manufacturing Industry
Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Food Technology
Scale: Best in Industry
Responsibilities:
Develop new food products and reformulate existing ones
Conduct sensory evaluations and gather consumer feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products
Documentation and records related to product development processes and formulations
