Description:

1. Pre-procurement sample physical analysis, if required; recovery update.

2. Sample preparation, Labeling, coordination with the sample collection person.

3. Sample note preparation with lot no. Qty, Project details, etc.., PO creation(follow up with accounts team), and coordination with lab.

4. If 3rd party own sampling à Sampling request (IRF), coordination with sampler, after sampling, confirmation of samples dispatched to lab.

5. If 3rd Party supplier sampling -à Process is the same, but ensure 100% sampling.

6. After sampling, coordinate with lab and get the reports within the TAT.

7. After analysis results verification, declaration of all the results as per the standard format and update the procurement team.

8. Invoices verification, Submission to account, follow up of payments.

Education – Food Technology

Experience – Min 3 yrs
