Open Positions:

1.Applications Technologist –  Flour Applications

3+ years of experience in flour-based product development

Experience with dough & batter functionality (wheat and pulse  flours)

Knowledge of bench-to-plant trials with mills and bakeries

2. Food Technologist – Ingredient Applications

3+ years of experience in food product development
Experience in formulation and ingredient performance

Knowledge of experimental design, sensory evaluation, and scale-up

3. Food Chemist / Biochemist – Ingredient Functionality

3+ years of laboratory experience with functional ingredients
Experience in solubility, emulsification, and gelation testing

Knowledge of analytical methods, validation, and specifications
