We are looking for a meticulous and skilled Quality Executive to join our team in the food industry. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest quality and safety standards while complying with regulatory and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Develop, implement, and maintain food safety and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, ISO, FSSAI).
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards.
Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to quality issues.
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including quality assurance reports and records.
Train employees on quality control practices and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in quality assurance/control in the food industry.
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
