We are hiring for a Korean MNC in Pune.

Position: Manager Production

Requirements:
Education: B-Tech / M-Tech in Food Technology

Experience: 15-20 years in Ice-cream/Dairy/Frozen Food manufacturing

Responsibilities:
Oversee Operations & Quality Assurance
Production planning, mass balance, losses control, and yield improvement
Decision-making in critical situations
Leadership Attributes:
Industry-standard equipment familiarity
Expertise in safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes
Strong analytical skills
Team management, effective communication, and data analysis for productivity and yield improvement
Shop floor management experience
