Roles and Responsibilities

Efficiently execute production planning.
Manage packing lines with various manpower.
Coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues.
Minimize raw material losses.
Conduct online quality checks.
Optimize manpower and time.
Maximize production while minimizing waste.
Maintain productivity targets.
Foster teamwork and monitor production quality.

Desired Candidate Profile
B.Tech (Dairy technology) or B.Tech (Food technology).
0-3 years of experience in dairy or food industry.
Strong supervision and decision-making skills.
Experience in plant management.
Familiarity with industry-standard equipment.
Knowledge of safety, quality, and productivity processes.
Excellent analytical abilities.
