We’re seeking an experienced Senior Executive – Regulatory Compliance to join our team at Haldiram-Harrshiv Healthy Foods & More Private Limited in Nagpur. This person in this role will have to ensure that all food products, packaging, and processes comply with FSSAI and other statutory standards. The person will also have to lead documentation, labelling, nutritional validation, barcoding, and audit readiness to support compliant product launches and ongoing market operations.

Key Responsibilities:
1)   Ensure compliance with FSSAI, FDA, BRC, HACCP, ISO, and Legal Metrology standards.
2)   Calculate and validate nutrition tables, verify nutritional and health claims.

3)   Review product labels, artworks, and barcodes (EAN / UPC) for accuracy and compliance.
4)   Maintain regulatory documentation, compliance trackers, and nutrition databases for all SKUs.
5)   Support internal, external, and FSSAI/BRC audits with complete documentation.
6)   Collaborate with R&D, QA, Procurement, and Marketing during product development for compliance readiness.
7)   Train teams on new regulatory requirements and food safety standards.

Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field. Master’s degree will be given more preference.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance or affairs within FMCG industry.
Strong command over nutrition labelling and food claims validation.
Hands-on experience in barcode generation & traceability systems.
