Role: Food Safety Auditor
📍 Location: Delhi NCR
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time

🔍 Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular audits of outlets.
Verify compliance with FSSAI guidelines, HACCP, and internal FSMS standards.
Identify non-conformities and prepare detailed audit reports.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions and follow up on closure.
Provide guidance and training to outlet teams on hygiene & food safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen food safety culture.

👤 Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in food audits, quality assurance, or compliance.
Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, FSMS, GMP, and GHP.
Excellent communication, observation, and report-writing skills.
Willingness to travel frequently across different regions.
