Key Responsibilities:

Committed to plant safety procedures.

Responsible for production, production planning, Process and achieving the production targets with proper quality and food safety standards.

To ensure that production is done as per the defined procedure and specifications.

Daily monitoring the processing cost (cost/Kg), KRAs and initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs.

Responsible for weekly & Monthly Stock reconciliations and cross verifying the yields and daily entries with SAP
Reduce the yield losses by driving continuous improvement activities.

Fulfil the External, Internal and Customer Audit requirement with no Major NCs.

Preparing POR & required production data for the monthly presentation to the management.

Preparing Training Presentations and arranging training for the team and as well as to the stake Holders.

Developing multitasking in the team to deliver the best results by organizing relevant training sessions.

Conducting Daily Production review and monthly performance assessment of each team member.

Diagnosing breakdown problems using analytical tools of TPM.

Determining machinery, material and manpower requirements for smooth execution of Production plans.

Coordinating with all stakeholders.

Monitoring and verification of the production yields as per standard intervals.

Who are we looking for?

Education:

B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology or MBA Operations / Industrial.

Experience:

2-10 years of experience in leading food processing plant, experience in Chicken processing plant is preferred.
