Description:

Experience: Min 2-4 years

Qualifications: Diploma or BE/B Tech in Food Technology, Mechanical/Industrial engineering.

Responsibilities :

→ Provide manufacturing insights by calculating production and labor availability and reviewing schedules.

→ Supervise production processes and workforce to ensure targets & timelines are met.

→ Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficient use of in-house resources & adherence to product specifications.

→ Enhance efficiency by analyzing workflow, space, equipment layout, & automation opportunities.

→ Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and drive improvements.

→ Oversee maintenance and repair of production equipment.

→ Manage Production Control & Planning systems to meet daily requirements.

→ Ensure compliance with quality systems, maintain documentation, and improve process capability.

→ Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and enforce SOP adherence during production.

→ Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements:

→ Specific knowledge on Food Safety Management Systems, HACCP & Lean manufacturing.

→ Experience in Sweets and horizontal form fill seal operations experience will be an added advantage.

→ Proficient in Computer skills in MS Office and analytical applications

→ Experience in effective usage of data analysis, tools, and statistical analysis.

→ Willing to work in the Sira location.
