Job Responsibilities:

Assist in product development and lab trials

Support in project management and execution of turnkey assignments

Help in project deployment coordinating raw materials, equipment, and timelines

Prepare technical documents, SOPs, reports, and project summaries

Coordinate with clients, vendors, and third-party service providers

Conduct shelf-life studies, trials, and basic lab tests

Stay updated with food safety regulations and industry practices

Requirements:

B.Tech or M.Sc in Food Technology (Freshers welcome)

Strong theoretical understanding of food processing and quality control

Interest in project-based work and a client-facing role

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong documentation and MS Office proficiency

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced consulting environment
