Description:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with kitchen management team to investigate customer and consumer complaints; identify root causes, and share investi-gation outcomes with organization; engage in projects aimed at redu-cing complaints.
Maintain kitchen-level quality and food safety documentation updated, including product specifications and formulas.
Conduct thorough reviews of records and forms linked to product quali-ty and food safety to ensure compliance with our Quality System.
Perform internal audits and inspections related to food safety and quall-ty; assist during internal, third-party, or government inspections and audits.
Provide training on quality and food safety programs, Execute tests and controls as mandated by our Quality System.
DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related field
1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in the food industry
Knowledge of food safety standards (FSSA), ISO, HACCP, GMP, GHP)
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
