Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire product development process from ideation to commercialization.
Drive innovation and research to create new products aligned with market trends and consumer preferences.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Marketing, etc.) to optimize processes and bring products to market efficiently.
Manage the R&D team, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee testing, validation, and product performance assessments to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Maintain and report on all R&D activities, ensuring documentation is accurate and meets regulatory standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in R&D, product development, or innovation within the food industry.
Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and qualityassurance processes.
Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management abilities.
A passion for innovation, sustainability, and driving product excellence.
