Key Responsibilities

Develop & launch new products (seasonings & extensions) as per annual NPD plans.

Conduct plant trials with a ≥90% success rate through strong coordination & preparation.

Lead cost optimization initiatives while maintaining quality standards.

Ensure shelf-life validation & quality compliance before product launches.

Maintain accurate recipe formulations & BOM documentation in line with regulatory & food safety guidelines.

Track market trends & competitor insights to fuel innovation.
