Education Qualifications:
B.SC in Food Technology
Experience – 10 – 17 years
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement food safety and risk management programs in line with regulatory and industry standards.
Conduct training sessions on Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS) for employees.
Perform quality process audits to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Conduct vendor audits in accordance with FSSAI guidelines.
Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene and pest control programs to maintain food safety standards.
Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and safety processes.
Investigate food safety incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of FSMS, FSSAI guidelines, and quality management systems.
Experience in conducting audits and compliance checks.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards.
