Role & responsibilities
To have knowledge of food articles as per quality and regulatory parameters.
To be well versed with PCB rules, FSSAI and legal metrology rules.
Should have knowledge of GMP, GHP, personal hygiene etc.
Should have knowledge of storage practices such as FIFO, LIFO.
Online QC / Sensory QC.
To attend the quality complaints and do the RCA and establish CAPA.
Knowledge of QMS such as HACCP will be an added advantage.

Qualifications – B.Tech/B.E. in Agriculture, B.Sc in Food Technology, Agriculture / M.Tech in Agriculture, MS/M.Sc(Science) in Food Technology, Chemistry
