Description:

Role & responsibilities

Overall  Activities of Production department
Production Planning, review & Monitoring .

Packaging activities as per plan and instruction.

Manpower Management and effective utilization.

PM/ General Material planning, reservation, receiving and effective utilisation  as per production Plan.

Follow up with stores & Dispatch, Processing, QC,HR, Maintenance  for smooth production.

Ensure FIFO at production floor.

Meet monthly production plans.

Ensure safe working environment to achieve zero accident.

Implementation of all related SOPs on shop floor.

Maintain online quality parameters of production process.

Maintain Job allocation, personal hygine and on job training sheet.

Daily reporting of production details to all concerned.

Online & Offline Wastage Data of Laminate,ICs ,Cans and Masters analysis for further improvement.

Ghan reservation & FG Transfer

All reservation close in SAP

All work order techo In SAP

Daily genral item of packing consume in SAP
 
Monthly Physical verification

All break down notification in SAP

Laminate adjustment in SAP

OLR entry in SAP
Kaizen implementation
Monitoring and control of rework activity, wastage collection, proper storage of wastage.

Monitoring of Laminate Batch printing operations and documentation as per the SOP and Guidelines.

Monitoring of any project/trial run given by Production Incharge/HOD.

Communicate to all concerned person and inform them about the all issues and abnormalities.

Prepare abnormalty report .

Participate in Safety activities and maintain high level of safety at shop floor with help of Incharge/HOD.

Analysis of performance  and other assigned task by In charges/ HOD
Implementation of  FSSC22000/ FSSAI/GMP, GHP and 5S at the production floor.

Education: B.Sc in Food Technology
