Role & responsibilities

Ensuring governance of Quality and  Food Safety in 3 P operation.

Ensuring the Quality Protocols of RMPM, FG and in-line operations.

Ensuring Quality Score (Product, Packaging and Sensory Score) must be within the defined specs.

Conducting gap analysis of GMPs/FSMS/HACCP requirements.

Regular review of records and documents to ensure Quality and Food safety.

Conducting FIFO/FEFO Compliance audit.

Implementation of CAPAs against customer complaints and non-conformities.

Ensuring timely closure of NCs observed in internal/external auditor by regular follow up with all stakeholders

Education:  B.Tech / B.E. in Food Technology
