Assurance

Key Responsibilities:

In-process Quality Control (IPQC) monitoring during production.

In-process Quality Assurance (IPQA) checks and verification.

Routine & special microbiological and chemical testing (raw materials, in-process, finished goods, swabs, etc.)

Monitoring GMP, GHP, and food safety compliance on the shop floor.

Handling non-conformances, deviations, and corrective actions.

Maintaining QA documentation, records, and reports.

Supporting internal audits, external audits, and regulatory compliance (FSSAI / ISO 22000)

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc /

B.Tech/M.Tech (Microbiology/Food Technology /Biotechnology or related discipline)

Experience:

3-4 years in food manufacturing / bakery /FMCG industry (preferred)

Strong knowledge of food safety systems, microbiology, and in-process controls

Hands-on exposure to IPQC /IPQA activities
