Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Food Technology

Experience: Minimum 1 year in in Quality Department

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain food quality & safety standards at outlets.

Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Work closely with operations to uphold Bikanervala's commitment to excellence.
