Experience: Fresher to 1-2 years

Qualification: M.Sc Food Technology/Microbiology or related fields.

We prefer a female candidate with experience in the same industry, such as Restaurant Chains, Hotels, QSR. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be computer savvy, and open to travel.

Job Description:
1. Food safety Audits as per FSSAI Norms
2. Quality Assurance Trainings
3. Pest Control management
Vendor Management
4. Willingness to travel within and between cities
5. Knowledge and Practical Implementation of ISO 22000 Standard/ HACCP
6. Conduct monthly briefings for food handlers and assess the team.
7. Foster strong communication between departments to address process deviations.
8. Proactively prevent food complaints with effective implantation of QA SOPs
9. Collaborate with the head chef to create Product Detail Sheets (PDS) with Nutritional labelling & other desired information.
10. Coordinate effectively with the operations team and head office.

Any additional certifications will be advantageous.

Basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential.

Lastly, the candidate must be a team player, approachable, and a problem solver
