She holds dual Master’s degrees in Food Processing & Preservation and Biochemistry, along with certifications in HACCP Level 3 and ISO 22000 Lead Auditor Training. Skilled in implementing global food safety systems (ISO 22000:2018, BRCGS GFSI Issue 9), she has trained culinary teams, conducted audits, and supported pre-opening operations. Passionate about mentoring, she actively guides students and professionals in food safety and quality management.

After successful completion of the course, the participants will be awarded with a certificate.
