Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically sound Regulatory Affairs Executive with a Food Science background to handle all regulatory operations related to FSSAI licensing, product approval, and ingredient compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of FSSAI guidelines and practical experience in managing food product documentation and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end handling of FSSAI Central & State License applications

Preparation & submission of Product Approval Dossiers Evaluation and approval of raw ingredients as per FSSAI permitted list

Coordination with internal formulation team & external clients for compliance documentation

Timely renewal & modification of FSSAI licenses

Interaction with FSSAI portals (FoSCOS, FPIS, Food Import Clearance)

Stay updated with latest FSSAI notifications, amendments, and compliance updates

Support in regulatory labeling, packaging compliance, and representation during audits (if required)

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology / Food Science / Food Processing

Minimum 06-1 years of experience in FSSAI compliance & regulatory affairs

Sound understanding of FSS Act, 2006 and Food Safety Standards

Familiarity with ingredient approval, additives listing, and proprietary product guidelines

Hands-on experience with FSSAI portal usage is a must

Key Skills:

Strong technical knowledge of food safety and labeling regulations

Excellent documentation, coordination, and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficiency in Excel, PDF editing, and online application filing
