Job Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Intern, you will support the QA team in ensuring food safety standards, hygiene practices, and quality protocols are strictly followed across our restaurant operations. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates in food science, food technology, or related fields to gain hands-on experience in quality control within the food service industry.

Key Responsibilities:
* Participate in internal audits and corrective action follow-ups
* Support in monitoring food safety compliance as per HACCP and local food regulations
* Help maintain QA documentation and records
* Assist in conducting routine hygiene inspections
* Assist in staff training on hygiene practices and food safety protocols
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in food safety and quality
Requirements:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Science, Food technology, Microbiology, or a related field
* Basic knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP) is a plus
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Willingness to travel within and between cities
